S.386 Bill

The S.386 Bill, which is also known as the ‘Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act’ was unanimously passed by the US senate. It removes the per-country limit on Green Card. Currently, the US issues 140,000 of these green cards annually with a country cap of 7%. This Bill does not allow Chinese nationals affiliated with the Chinese military or the Chinese Communist Party to enter the US or be eligible to adjust visa status under any category.
